Blue Skies Properties is owned by Jim & Diane Farruggio, a husband and wife real estate team with ties to Farmville, VA. Their business venture was inspired by their daughter's attendance at Longwood University. Ensuring that college students have access to quality off-campus rentals is their mission. The Farruggios employ their expertise in construction, real estate and design to renovate and maintain beautiful properties that are a cut above the rest. They have since grown into a Licensed Class A building contractor and are currently developing new construction single family homes in Keysville, VA.
